Co-Founder & Scientific Advisor Prof. Dr. Umakant Rapol
Co-Founder & Scientific Advisor

With over 30 years of experience in quantum technology, Prof. Dr. Umakant is a Professor at IISER Pune. He was one of the founding members and former Director of IHub Quantum Technology Foundation (I-Hub QTF) funded by the National Quantum Mission. He provides strategic guidance on advanced quantum research, long-term technology roadmap, and academic-industry collaboration.

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer Dr. Sumit Sarkar
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Sumit brings 10+ years of experience in quantum technology, specialising in ultracold atoms, quantum control, and scalable quantum computing architectures. Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Amsterdam and former researcher at SYRTE, Paris. He completed his M.Sc.-Ph.D. from IISER Pune and leads all platform development at QuantumPhase.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sujay holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Management Science with 21+ years of corporate experience. He leads commercialisation strategy, partnerships, and institutional engagement. Having worked with leading organisations including Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, and Mahindra, he bridges the worlds of deep technology and scalable business.
